Bar S Bar Ranch

Bar S Bar Ranch is a fifth-generation cattle operation in central Nebraska, raising pasture-raised, grain-finished beef. Located in the heart of Nebraska — "The Beef State" — the ranch is run by a fifth-generation rancher who spent 12 years in the meatpacking industry and six years owning and operating his own locker. Having seen every step of the process firsthand, he uses that experience to refine what he produces and keep quality consistent from pasture to plate. Cattle are born, raised, fed, and processed right there in Nebraska. Beef is sold as curated bundles and limited bulk shares. The ranch was formerly known as Twin Loups Beef.
