Dry Creek Pastures is a 480-acre regenerative ranch in the high desert of northern Utah, raising meat goats and cattle. The ranch is run by Millie Bradshaw, a rancher and animal scientist who hosts the Goat Wise podcast. They run Spanish, Boer, and crossbred meat goats selected for low-input performance in hard country — does that kid unassisted, raise their own kids, and hold condition on forage alone. The cattle herd is being selected toward the same standard: moderate frame, grass-based, and built for the environment. Both herds graze in a regenerative system designed to build soil and improve forage rather than chase maximum yield. Animals are raised with no antibiotics and no added hormones. Beef and goat meat are available direct from the ranch as supply allows.
