Running M Farms & Ranches LLC

Running M Farms & Ranches is a family-owned operation on the Llano Estacado of eastern New Mexico, raising prairie-fed lamb. Rooted in faith and heritage, the family began with a flock of Dorper sheep in the spring of 2021 and added New Mexico Dahl in 2023. They apply regenerative techniques and holistic management, working the Principles of Soil Health through adaptive stewardship. In early 2025 the operation expanded onto family lands in the forested mountain meadows of the San Pedro Mountains in northern New Mexico. Lambs are fed nothing but prairie forages from birth through harvest, with no added hormones or antibiotics. They deliver locally and ship nationwide, and open seasonal beef deposits alongside their lamb bundles and bulk shares.
