Sussex Farm and Ranch, LLC

Sussex Farm & Ranch is a small family producer of pasture-raised beef in Comfort, Texas. They crossed their legacy Red Angus cattle with the Japanese Akaushi breed, producing a hardy animal well suited to the South Texas climate. Cattle are raised hormone-free, antibiotic-free, and without growth stimulants. Their approach to the land is regenerative and restorative: organic fertilizers, aggressive pasture rotation, and no pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Beef is vacuum-packed and flash-frozen, available as individual butcher-shop cuts or as half and whole cows.
