Zabel Cattle Company

Zabel Cattle Company is a family-owned beef company in western Oklahoma, raising premium beef since 1948. Four generations are invested in farming and cattle here, and this is the same beef the family raises for their own table. Their cattle are American Angus Cross, sourced from their own land and raised on a diet of wheatgrass and bermuda, then finished on barley, hay, and corn for 120 days. They work only with processors they trust, and the processor works directly with each customer to cut the beef to exact specifications. Finished beef can be picked up at the processor, or delivered anywhere in Oklahoma for an additional cost. Cuts include steaks, roasts, and ground beef, alongside bulk half and whole shares.
